Metabolic Ascension is the coaching program and it starts with a free strategy call. Apex is a full private year, available to buy directly. All prices in US dollars. Everything is delivered digitally. Nothing physical ships, and no medication, peptide, or supplement is sold.

Starts with a call

Minimum 16 weeks. Depth, length, and rate are set on a free strategy call once I know your goals and what you're working with, then confirmed in writing before any payment.

  • Three phases in sequence, Hormone and Gut Repair, then Metabolic Training, then Performance, Physique, and Longevity Optimization, so the work happens in the order your body can actually respond to.
  • Bloodwork read every 6 to 12 weeks, so we know the markers are moving instead of guessing.
  • Training blocks rewritten every four weeks, so you keep progressing instead of repeating the same workout heavier until something breaks.
  • Nutrition adjusted weekly, so calories go up when you can handle them and come down only when there's something to cut from.
  • Weekly check-ins and direct messaging, so the plan adjusts to your week and questions get answered before they become mistakes.
  • Pharmacology education tied to your markers, so you understand what you take and can talk to your physician as an equal.
  • Targeted, sequenced supplement and enhancement protocols, so each layer is added when your body is ready for it.
  • Performance dashboard, so fat, muscle, calories, and sleep are visible in one place.

A full year of private, one-on-one work with Dr. Peralta. The whole arc handled: repair, build, cut, physique, and the longevity markers moved and held. No call needed. Buy it and we start.

  • Every phase of Metabolic Ascension plus a maintenance phase, so what you built stays built.
  • Bloodwork read every 6 to 12 weeks all year, so you see A1c, ApoB, cholesterol, and glucose move and hold.
  • Training blocks rewritten every four weeks, all year, so you never plateau for long.
  • Nutrition adjusted weekly through every phase, so you can eat more and stay lean by the end.
  • Weekly check-ins and direct messaging, so you are never more than a message away from an answer.
  • Pharmacology education and sequenced supplement and enhancement protocols throughout, so each addition is timed and understood.
  • Performance dashboard, so a year of progress is visible in one place.
Start Apex

Prices are in US dollars (USD) and include everything listed. There are no hidden fees. Bloodwork is ordered and paid for separately through your medical provider or a lab service of your choice. Payment is by credit or debit card, processed by Stripe, and appears on your statement as PERALTA CAPITAL. Coaching is billed monthly at the rate agreed on the strategy call; Apex is paid in full. Both are confirmed in a signed services agreement before any payment.

Nothing physical ships. Every deliverable is digital and arrives by email or shared document.

Refunds and cancellation

Coaching and Apex are refundable until you complete and send your intake form. Once the intake is in, protocol design has commenced and no refunds are issued. Full details in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
