This policy applies to all Prime Rising coaching programs purchased through primerisingyou.com. It is part of our Terms of Service and matches the Services Agreement every client signs.

Protocol design is the bulk of the work and it commences the moment your completed intake form is sent. Once it has begun, the service has been substantially rendered. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this policy: no refunds after the intake form has been completed and sent.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days through Stripe. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Phone / Zoom Consultation calls can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Calls missed without notice are not refunded or credited. Missed weekly check-ins are not credited, and repeated misses may lead to termination as described in the Terms.
If something is wrong, contact us first. Most issues are resolved within a day. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in termination of your program. We respond to every dispute with the signed Services Agreement, delivery records, and communication history.
